Conversational commerce refers to the interaction with the consumers through the use of chatbots in order for them to get customer support, ask questions, get recommendations.

This helps to interact directly with the consumers, make a personal and special experience for the consumer and to concrete a purchase. Also, it helps the interaction because the communication is faster so the consumer doesn’t need to receive and wait for an email or a call, the interaction takes place at that specific moment.
