New technologies are changing the way we interact with
people, that includes digital marketing. In order for the consumers to know
about our service or product we should be able to communicate and interact
online with them. In the hospitality industry, the interaction is important
qith the consumers in order for them to make a decisión but it is really
important to keep the interaction with them by communicating by mail or giving
them promotions. New technologies help us to interact with them like chatbots,
that communicate directly with the consumer, so if they’re doing a reservation
with the hotel, the chatbot could help.
